About
The VC91200, known as LUMIC (Latch-Up Monitor Integrated Circuit), is VORAGO’s radiation-hardened four-channel overcurrent protection application-specific standard product (ASSP). It provides programmable current trigger levels, temperature sensing and thermal shutdown, power supply sequencing, and watchdog functionality, offering best-in-class radiation performance and latch-up immunity as a companion device to protect other components in a system. It is supported by the PEB4 development board.
