About
The VA10805 is a radiation-resilient Arm Cortex-M0 microcontroller built with premium HARDSIL technology, ideal for LEO missions and CubeSat/SmallSat constellations needing immediately available radiation-resilient MCU capability for smaller tasks such as power sequencing, relay control, and valve actuation. It provides 32 KB data SRAM, 256 KB program SRAM, 1 Kb user-programmable OTP memory, and 56 configurable GPIO pins, supported by the REB1 development board and software kit.
