About
The VA41630 is VORAGO’s flagship radiation-hardened Arm Cortex-M4 microcontroller, built with HARDSIL hardening technology for the highest functional density in space-based applications. It integrates 256 KB of non-volatile memory (FRAM), 64 KB data SRAM and 256 KB program SRAM, along with EDAC and memory scrubbing, an extensive set of communication interfaces (UART, I2C, SPI, CAN 2.0B, Ethernet 10/100, full-duplex SpaceWire), 12-bit ADC/DAC, and 24 configurable 32-bit timers. It is SMD qualified to QML-Q+ (military high-reliability) and supported by the PEB1 development board and software kit.
