About
The VA41629 is a highly capable radiation-hardened Arm Cortex-M4 microcontroller manufactured with VORAGO’s HARDSIL technology. It pairs a single-precision FPU with 64 KB data SRAM, 256 KB program SRAM, EDAC and memory scrubbing, external SPI non-volatile memory, an 8-channel 12-bit ADC and 2-channel 12-bit DAC, and 24 configurable 32-bit timers, and is supported by the PEB3 development board and software kit.
