About
The VA41628 is a radiation-hardened Arm Cortex-M4 microcontroller built with HARDSIL technology, tailored for digital-centric designs that do not require interfaces to external analog sensors. It offers 64 KB data SRAM, 256 KB program SRAM, EDAC and memory scrubbing, external SPI non-volatile memory, 75 configurable GPIO pins, and a clock rate up to 50 MHz, supported by the PEB2 development board and software kit.
