About

The VA41620 is a radiation-hardened Arm Cortex-M4 microcontroller manufactured with HARDSIL technology, providing a full complement of interfaces including CAN 2.0B, Ethernet 10/100 and full-duplex SpaceWire alongside 64 KB data SRAM, 256 KB program SRAM, EDAC/memory scrubbing, an 8-channel 12-bit ADC and 2-channel 12-bit DAC, and 24 configurable 32-bit timers. It is supported by the PEB1 development board and software kit.
