About
The XTE-SF (Standard Fluence) is a GaInP/GaAs/Ge lattice-matched triple-junction solar cell achieving 32% beginning-of-life efficiency, optimized for GEO and LEO missions at fluences up to 1e15 1 MeV electrons. With 27.9% efficiency at 1e15 fluence, it delivers reliable end-of-life performance for standard commercial and government satellite missions.
Fully qualified under AIAA-S111-2014, the XTE-SF is part of Spectrolab’s XTE family of industry-leading cells that maintain 32% efficiency across multiple mission profiles. Suitable for both GEO communication satellites and LEO Earth observation spacecraft. Available as bare cells or CIC assemblies with space-qualified coverglass, bypass diode, and interconnects for welded connections.
