About
Space Structures runs the whole project lifecycle for precision assemblies, from specification through design and verification testing, with key processes including bolting, riveting, bonding, alignment and measurement all performed in-house. The company builds high-performance satellite and launcher structures where stiffness and mass performance are key, including primary and secondary structures with integrated radiator functionalities and launch vehicle adapters. It also supports manned space applications such as the ISS, Orion, and Lunar Gateway, applying fracture control and human-factors design to primary/secondary structures, internal/external structures, and rack structures. For optical payloads, where dimensional stability is a priority, it builds telescope structures, optical benches, bipods/hexapods, and straylight baffles. It also builds electronic equipment structures balancing structural and thermal performance, such as power supply, power control and power distribution units, and data handling and processing units.
