KonflexHub® Device & Data Management Platform

KonflexHub® is Lacuna Space’s cloud-based device and data management platform for the LoneWhisper® satellite IoT ecosystem. It serves as the ground-segment intelligent layer between Lacuna’s satellite gateways and customer applications: receiving uplink packets from orbit, de-duplicating across multiple satellite passes, routing messages to customer endpoints, and providing full device lifecycle management.

KonflexHub® functions as the LoRaWAN network server for the satellite link, managing device registration, session keys, and data path configuration. Operators provision their end-devices and MultiNode gateways through KonflexHub®, configure uplink routing to REST APIs, MQTT brokers, or cloud services, and monitor device health and connectivity status from a unified dashboard. The platform also delivers almanac data downstream to devices, coordinating the pass-timing information that LWiN® stacks use to schedule satellite uplinks.

For enterprise customers with existing IoT platforms, KonflexHub® provides integration connectors enabling satellite-origin data to flow seamlessly into existing data pipelines alongside data from terrestrial networks — making LoneWhisper® satellite connectivity an additive layer rather than a separate silo. Lacuna can operate KonflexHub® as a fully managed service or provide access to customer-operated deployments.
