About Pumpkin, Inc.

Pumpkin, Inc. was founded in 1995, initially producing the Salvo RTOS for microcontrollers. In 2003 the company entered the nanosatellite market with its CubeSat Kit product line, which has since become a de facto standard in the CubeSat industry with over 150 kits delivered across 0.5U through 3U configurations. The firm is ITAR-registered and sells exclusively to qualified customers worldwide.

The company's product portfolio spans complete nanosatellite buses (the SUPERNOVA series in 3U, 6U, and 12U), structural assemblies, command-and-data-handling modules, electrical power systems, GPS/GNSS receiver modules, lithium battery modules, and custom solar panels. All flight products carry 'Flight Qualified / Space Proven' status. Pumpkin also develops GUTS flight software, the Salvo RTOS, and the SupMCU firmware suite used across its module ecosystem.

Pumpkin's SUPERNOVA architecture has flown on missions from LEO through GTO and has been contracted by the NRO (Colony 1 program), SpaceVR (Overview 1 VR CubeSats), and numerous universities and government agencies. Pumpkin's fixed solar panels boast 100% on-orbit success since 2008 across 600+ panels delivered.
