About
Constellations of smaller satellites are replacing many of the “exquisite” satellites of the past. Skyloom’s optical communications terminals (OCTs) enable high bandwidth connections from LEO-LEO and LEO-Ground to LEO-Airborne and LEO-Maritime. The V’GER OCT product line is a space-based, SDA-compliant multi-Gbps class autonomous lasercom terminal. This LEO link supports the architecture for providing planetary-scale backhaul and network services as part of Skyloom’s end-to-end optical data transport system, which now operates as part of IonQ’s quantum-enabled space communications portfolio.
