About
The JFPC-MSP430 Programming Adapter is a development-hardware accessory used to connect a Texas Instruments MSP430 Flash Emulation Tool (FET) programmer/debugger to a Pluggable Processor Module (PPM) A1, A2, or A3 within Pumpkin’s CubeSat Kit ecosystem. It provides the physical interconnect needed to program and debug the TI MSP430-based processor modules used in the CubeSat Kit /MSP430 development and flight hardware line.
The adapter has a 2×7 0.100″ pitch header on one side, which mates with the FET’s 14-pin JTAG connector, and an 8-pin flat printed circuit cable (FPC) on the other side, which connects to the corresponding programming header on the PPM A1/A2/A3 module. It is classified by Pumpkin as Development Hardware.
