About
The I/O LED Module displays the status of all 48 I/O lines (IO.[47..0]) on a CubeSat Kit Bus Connector. It is very useful for at-a-glance visual monitoring of a CubeSat’s I/O signals during development and integration. Every I/O signal is buffered, and an ON/OFF switch is provided to disable the LEDs and zero the current draw of the module. Through-hole test points are provided for each I/O signal next to each LED, and it is categorized as Development Hardware.
Each unit ships as a fully assembled I/O LED Module. Test points for all 48 I/O signals on the H1 and H2 connectors are clearly marked on the top layer silkscreen, next to the LED associated with the signal. The module is compatible with all CubeSats that conform to the CubeSat Kit Bus standard with its 104-pin connector.
