About
Leaf Line is Leaf Space’s flagship Ground Segment as a Service (GSaaS) offering, providing satellite operators with on-demand access to a global network of more than 40 ground stations across 19 geographic locations. The service handles satellite scheduling, telemetry, tracking, and control (TT&C), and data downlink as a managed service — eliminating the need for operators to own, operate, or maintain ground infrastructure.
Leaf Line is designed for lean ground operations. Satellite operators onboard through a simple integration process and gain immediate access to Leaf Space’s distributed network with a unified software interface for scheduling, monitoring, and data management. The network supports more than 140 satellites with over 24,000 monthly communication passes, serving commercial smallsat constellations, research missions, and government programs across all orbital regimes.
The service is built for fast, secure, and efficient data transmission with reliable connectivity and cybersecurity features appropriate for mission-critical satellite operations. Leaf Line complements Leaf Space’s Leaf Key (dedicated single-tenant ground station access) and Leaf Hosting (co-location and hosted hardware services), enabling operators to choose the level of infrastructure ownership and control that best fits their mission profile.
