About Rapidtek Technologies

Rapidtek Technologies Inc. is headquartered in New Taipei City, Taiwan, with a Satellite Assembly Center in Taoyuan, a sales office in Shanghai, and a Singapore joint venture (Asterforge PTE. LTD.) for overseas satellite technology. Founded with roots dating to 2006 and fully integrated as a brand in 2015, the company operates under the motto 'Think BIG, Act QUICK' and serves the semiconductor, industrial, new energy, automotive, IoT, and space sectors.

The company operates four divisions: SmartLink Division (distribution of high-quality switches and connectors); RF Testing & Satcom Engineering Division (low-loss coaxial cables, up/down converters, and OTA test solutions); Space Team (CubeSat development and satellite communication payloads); and Advanced RF RD Center (AESA phased-array antenna design, mmWave testing, antenna calibration, and CubeSat Assembly, Integration and Testing services with a Class 1000 cleanroom).

Rapidtek was selected as a member of Taiwan's Low Earth Orbit (LEO) Satellite National Team in 2021 and has launched multiple CubeSats: the 3U Nightjar in August 2024 and the 8U Black Kite-1 in November 2025. The company is listed on Taiwan's General Emerging Stock Board and its technologies — including in-house developed active phased-array antennas and K/Ka-band communication payloads — are deployed across Europe, the US, and Southeast Asia.
