About
The 1P VibePOD is a random-vibration test fixture used to qualify 1P PocketQube satellites ahead of launch. It made its debut in December 2019, when it was used to qualify the FOSSASAT-1 for Rocket Lab’s ‘Running Out of Fingers’ rideshare mission in Q4 2019. The fixture is tested to NASA GEVS7000 standards. An interface control document (ICD) is available for teams designing hardware to be tested with the 1P VibePOD.
