About
The NSR-SDR-X/S HP is an integrated, full-duplex X/S-band software-defined radio transponder in a CubeSat-compatible form factor, built as a higher-power version of the standard NSR-SDR-X/S for missions needing greater link margin.
It delivers more than 10 W of linear RF power output and supports DVB-S2 high-speed data along with programmable frequency, waveform, and power level settings. Mission life is projected at 5 years.
The transponder supports NASA NEN and USB waveforms with coherent turnaround and ranging, and is aimed at cislunar navigation and lunar surface communications applications. Optional integrated TSAB (Type-1) encryption is available.
