About
High Performance Hyperspectral Compression (HPHC) platform developed under an ESA contract primed by Politecnico di Torino, based on the rad-hard Xilinx Virtex XQR5XVFX130 FPGA. Part of TSD-Space’s ‘HPxx’ family of high-performance processing units, the algorithm formed the basis proposed to MHDC and the future CCSDS 123 compression standard, and was reused for the PRISMA compression module.
