About
PC-104+ module, part of the High Speed Camera Optical Subsystem (HSC-OS) unit for the ISS EML facility. The EML High Speed Camera records over 30,000 fps; the board was commissioned by Airbus DS and improves compression chain performance by a factor of 5 using wavelet-based hardware compression, lossless up to a factor of 100, with compression up to factor 10 practically indistinguishable from the original.
