About
The SPUTNIX Sun sensor SXC-SD-01-3U is designed for use in nanosatellite missions. The CAN interface provides single-cable connection and chaining of sensors. The sun sensor is a two-orthogonal-axis digital sun sensor that generates the directional cosines of the angles of direction to the sun, with all factory calibrations included, so no customer calibration is needed. The sensor’s size, weight and power consumption are all very small. Mount hole positions are compatible with SPUTNIX SXC1 and SXC3 frame panels.
