About
Eddie is Spacemanic’s low-power on-board computer for resource-constrained CubeSat missions. It shares the 67 × 42 × 7.5 mm form factor and 25 g mass of the Spacemanic module family but achieves a notably low power draw of 60 mW average (100 mW peak) from a 3.3 V supply. The module runs a FreeRTOS-based operating system, includes on-board sensors, and provides full CSP v1 connectivity (I2C, RS-485, CAN). Like Deep Thought, Eddie supports an open-source software SDK. It is ITAR-free and suitable for power-budget-sensitive missions on 1U–3U platforms.
