About

AirSAR-Alpha-X (Model No: SRPL AIRSAR-ALPHA-X1) is a multi-channel X-band Synthetic Aperture Radar payload engineered for uncompromising, ultra high-resolution imagery. Optimised for size, weight and power (SWaP), it integrates with tactical UAVs, VTOL platforms, fixed-wing UAVs and manned aircraft. Its proprietary airborne SAR processor uses a precision motion-compensation algorithm to guarantee image fidelity across all airborne platforms, including low-altitude, low-velocity drones. The payload and processor software natively support hybrid and full polarimetric modes as well as advanced interferometric processing, making it suited to demanding operational and research applications. It shares its airframe integration approach with Sisir Radar’s L-band AirSAR-Alpha family.
