About
The ISISPACE S-Band Patch Antenna is engineered for the commercial S-band downlink range (2200–2290 MHz). This lightweight, compact passive antenna is expertly designed for seamless integration with CubeSat platforms. It combines superior RF performance, structural compatibility, and proven flight heritage (since 2021) to ensure mission success.
The antenna is manufactured on a Rogers PCB to minimize signal losses compared to traditional FR-4 PCBs, ensuring consistent RF performance across the operational temperature range. It provides 6.5 dBic gain in boresight, 100° half-power beam width, and RHCP polarization.
With a diameter of only 80 mm and a height of 5.0 mm (without connector), it is one of the most compact S-band antennas available for CubeSats. Maximum power handling is 2 W.
