About
Quadro Arrow expands the capabilities of Exolaunch’s microsatellite separation systems with a four-point offering tailored to satellites with masses up to 250 kg. It is currently the only separation system qualified to fly the Arrow 150 satellite platform on SpaceX Transporter missions.
A single deploy signal simultaneously releases all four mechanical locks via a magnetically synchronized mechanism, producing an average tip-off rate of just 0.6°/s across all three axes — the lowest for any four-point separation system. There are no pyrotechnics; deployment is entirely shock-free.
Flight heritage: first launched Q1 2025 on SpaceX Transporter-13. 4 missions, 9 microsatellites deployed. Winner of the Innovation in Space Award 2023 at the European Space Summit. ITAR-free, made in Germany.
