About
CarboNIX NEO is an off-the-shelf separation system available in 8″, 15″, 24″, 31.6″ and 38.81″ sizes, scalable to any custom diameter for satellites upward of 1000 kg. While NEO uses the same proven lock mechanism and pusher arm subsystems as CarboNIX, it employs a new clamp ring system that is stronger, stiffer, and can withstand higher loads — capable of launching heavier spacecraft than any other separation system on the market.
CarboNIX NEO is the only separation system that covers the full SpaceX Transporter rideshare mass range. Deployment is entirely shock-free with post-release tumbling below 1°/s on all three axes.
Flight heritage: first flown Q4 2025. 3 missions, 3 microsatellites deployed. Lock mechanism and pusher arm subsystems carry the full CarboNIX flight heritage record.
