About Exolaunch

Exolaunch GmbH is a premier global provider of launch services, mission management, satellite integration, and deployment hardware for small satellites. Founded in Berlin, Germany, and headquartered at Kemperplatz 1, the company has expanded its operations to the United States, France, and Japan, delivering its services at launch sites across the globe.

Since completing its first rideshare mission in 2017, Exolaunch has achieved an unblemished launch reliability record across 47+ missions and successfully deployed over 790 small satellites into orbit — including 524 CubeSats up to 16U and 266 microsatellites up to 300 kg. The company serves more than 80% of current commercial smallsat operators, alongside government organizations, scientific institutions, and universities from over 50 countries.

Exolaunch develops and manufactures its own line of launch hardware: the CarboNIX and CarboNIX NEO microsatellite separation systems, Quadro Arrow and Quadro Versa four-point separation systems, EXOpod Nova and EXOpod AIR CubeSat deployers, EXOtube universal modular adapters, EXOport multi-satellite adapters, and EXObox deployment sequencers. All products are ITAR-free and manufactured in Germany.

In June 2026, EQT announced its agreement to acquire Exolaunch to further accelerate its global expansion.
