About
3D PLUS Space Radiation Tolerant NAND Flash delivers high-density non-volatile storage optimized for space applications using single-level cell (SLC) technology for maximum endurance and radiation resistance. Available in densities from 8 Gb to 128 Gb with asynchronous and synchronous parallel interfaces (x8b or x16b), these modules are housed in SOP and BGA packages for SMT assembly.
The devices feature 100,000 program/erase cycles and more than 10-year data retention, making them ideal for onboard data recorders, mass storage, and high-bandwidth science data acquisition. Operating temperature spans -55°C to +125°C for all density variants.
Radiation performance includes TID tolerance greater than 60 krad(Si), SEL LETth greater than 62.5 MeV.cm²/mg, and SEU LETth greater than 1.3 MeV.cm²/mg (σsat = 2E-10 cm²/bit). The broad density range and interface flexibility enable integration across all major spacecraft computing platforms.
Key part numbers span from 3DFN8G08VS1706 (8 Gb) through 3DFN128G08US8761 (128 Gb synchronous). The product line supports 15–18 year mission lifespans and is proven in demanding space environments.
