3D PLUS Space Point-of-Load (POL) DC/DC Converters are radiation-hardened modules providing local voltage regulation for space avionics boards. Three variants cover different input and output voltage ranges: 3DPM0211 (5V±10% input, 1.225–3.8V adjustable output), 3DPM0289 (4.5–12V input, 1–5V adjustable output), and 3DPM0602 (4.6–13.2V input, 0.8–3.3V adjustable output, 20A). All are offered in compact Gull Wing SMD packages for surface mount assembly.

Integrated EMC filters on both input and output eliminate the need for external filtering components, reducing board space and simplifying PCB layout. Protection features include input under-voltage lockout, thermal shutdown, and current limiting. A power good signal provides status indication for system supervisors.

The converters are specifically designed for space radiation environments, enabling efficient local power conversion from spacecraft bus voltages to the precise supply voltages required by high-performance processors, FPGAs, and memory arrays. Their compact form factor complements 3D PLUS memory and interface products in integrated module designs.

Temperature grades C and I are available across the product family, with the devices optimized for operation in the thermal environments typical of LEO, MEO, and GEO spacecraft.
