Triad RF Systems

Triad RF Systems is a US manufacturer of RF power amplifiers, bi-directional amplifiers, and integrated radio systems for space, defense, and unmanned systems applications, headquartered in East Brunswick, New Jersey. The company designs solid-state power amplifier modules using GaN and other RF device technologies covering frequencies up to 40 GHz, including compact CubeSat/NanoSat amplifiers with extensive low Earth orbit flight heritage on multiple SpaceX rideshare missions.

Triad RF's product line spans power amplifiers, bi-directional (TX/RX switched) amplifiers, and fully integrated amplified radio systems combining filters, amplifiers, and control electronics in ITAR-compliant, ISO 9001:2015-certified designs. Its amplifiers support satellite uplink, downlink, and inter-satellite data links, as well as counter-UAS, electronic warfare, ISR data links, and MANET/mesh radio applications for unmanned aerial systems and manned tactical platforms.
