About TelePIX

Founded in 2019 in South Korea, TelePIX builds on more than 15 years of prior expertise in electro-optical payload development inherited from government-funded space research, and has grown into a vertically integrated spaceborne AI company spanning hardware, edge computing, and analytics software. The company operates R&D centers in Seoul, Daejeon, and Busan.

TelePIX's hardware line includes high-resolution EO payloads such as the Chouette-TMA three-mirror-anastigmat optical payload, and TetraPLEX, an onboard AI processor developed with NVIDIA for real-time in-orbit data processing — flown on the Transporter-11 rideshare mission in August 2024 alongside DNAV, an AI-based star-tracker and navigation system. In January 2025 TelePIX launched BlueBON, billed as the world's first satellite dedicated to blue-carbon monitoring, which won a CES Innovation Award in 2024.

On the software side, TelePIX's SatCHAT platform lets users query and analyze optical and SAR satellite imagery using natural language. The company was the first in Korea to export satellite observation data internationally, won an ESA earthquake-response AI challenge, joined the AWS Space Accelerator, and signed a satellite camera export deal with Hungary in 2026.
