2NDSpace Srl, founded in May 2023 and headquartered in Faenza (Ravenna), Italy, is a New Space company specializing in innovative nanosatellite and CubeSat hardware and separation systems, founded by a team of experienced satellite engineers with a track record designing and building satellite systems for a variety of applications.

2NDSpace designs and manufactures everything from individual nanosatellite components to complete platforms: modular CubeSat structures (VERSE, 1U-16U), body-mounted and deployable solar panels (CORE and DROP), electrical power systems (SOLO EPS), deployable UHF/VHF communication antennas (CHORUS), on-board computers (MASTER/MASTER II), and CubeSat deployers/separation systems (OPERA). Its 'Customization as a Standard' approach uses modular architecture so standard products can be tailored to specific mission needs.

The company reports more than 30 cumulative years of team experience in space, over 50 worldwide customers and partners, more than 50 space systems currently in orbit, and 7 nanosatellites manufactured and launched. 2NDSpace also offers engineering services including custom product design, mission design, system qualification, and launch integration, and participates in the ESA Business Incubation Centre Padua.
