About
XDSAT NS is the smallest member of XDLINX Space Labs’ ready-to-launch XDSAT satellite platform family, built on a 6U bus with 4U of payload volume/mass available for hosted payloads. It runs the Antaris SatOS distributed compute stack across bus, payload edge and SDR, and can support EO optical, SAR, SIGINT, IoT and laser payloads. The platform provides 3-axis pointing accuracy and stability of ±0.002° (1-sigma) with 2 star trackers, orbit knowledge of 1 arc-second over 1 second, and 4 m / 0.05 m/s navigation performance. Power is supplied by 66 W solar panels backed by 126 Wh of storage, with multiple electric and chemical propulsion systems available. TT&C and software updates are handled securely and flexibly via S-band SDR and UHF, with X-band data downlink up to 500 Mbps, and ground control available via public or private ground stations running Antaris mission control software. XDSAT NS has flight heritage from a 2023 launch.
