About
The WiRan S-Band Antenna (ASA) is a flight-proven (TRL9), CubeSat-compatible patch antenna covering the 2025-2290 MHz band with right-hand circular polarisation. It provides a wide half-power beamwidth (>70-81 degrees) and 7.5 dBi nominal gain, handles up to 10 W RF power, and is qualified for the -75/+90 degC operating temperature range typical of nanosatellite missions. Its compact footprint (95x95x26.2 mm, 87 g) and SMA female RF interface make it a drop-in solution for CubeSat telemetry, tracking and command or payload downlink at S-band.
