About

Uvireso operates its own vacuum test facility in Vilnius and makes it available to outside partners alongside expert modelling and simulation support. The stainless-steel vacuum chamber measures 2.5 x 0.9 m (length x diameter), has double-layer walls with a thermal jacket for controlled heating/cooling, and reaches a maximum vacuum of 1×10-6 mBar using two diffusion pumps backed by Vane and Roots pumps with a combined pumping speed of 4000 L/s (H2). A range of flange sizes (100-500 mm) allows flexible integration of diverse experimental setups, and a mobile carrier alongside the chamber eases loading and set-up between tests.

Customers can pair chamber time with Uvireso’s R&D services, including electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), thermal and structural analysis modelling, and access to Uvireso’s partner network for tasks ranging from laser micromachining to specialized chemical processes. Automated control and performance monitoring are provided during test campaigns, which are well suited to electric-propulsion testing and other space-hardware qualification work.
