The U7920 is a professional satellite modem designed for hybrid operation across GEO, MEO, and LEO satellite constellations, seamlessly integrating with the ESTELLA VSAT platform to deliver high-performance connectivity over High Throughput Satellite (HTS) networks. It delivers up to 300 Mbps forward-link and 20 Mbps return-link IP throughput, and is compliant with EN 301 545-2 V1.2.1 DVB-RCS2 return-link standards. The device features WaveSwitch technology for dynamic, hitless TDMA/SCPC switching every 26.5 msec, OpenAMIP protocol support for antenna interfacing, and DVB-RCS2 Annex M-compliant operation. It is suited for maritime, land-mobile, and mobility applications requiring reliable connectivity across HTS and multi-orbit satellite networks.
