About
Thermal Space designs and fabricates custom Thermal Control Plates, Thermal Interface Plates, Thermal Sinks, or Cold Plates to order when air cooling is insufficient due to space or airflow constraints. Cooling and heating options integrated into the plates include refrigerant loops (HCFC/HFC/HC), cryogenic liquids (LN2, liquid methane), cryocoolers, thermoelectric coolers, heat pipes, passive straps, and electrical or quartz-lamp heaters. Interfaces are customizable, including tube connections, hole patterns and fasteners, flatness and roughness specifications, thermal interface materials, surface finishes (anodize/metallization), and mounting legs or standoffs, with integrated temperature/flow measurement and PID-based temperature control supporting thermocouple, RTD, or thermistor inputs over serial, USB, or Ethernet communications.
