About

4C-PURE and 4C-PURE-CRYO copper thermal straps are built in Boulder, Colorado from cabled or braided high-purity oxygen-free copper (C101/C10100) wire strands captured in solid copper terminals with no solders or adhesives, maximizing both thermal conductance and mechanical flexibility. They are available with gold, silver, nickel, or tin coatings, and can be hybridized with heat pipes or vapor chambers for higher-performance thermal links. Thermal Space also offers testing services alongside this product, including thermal conductance, static/dynamic stiffness, vibration/shock, thermal cycling, and cryogenic testing.
