About
CSS-10 is a coarse sun sensor with a simple and robust design, suitable for spacecraft with low pointing requirements or that need a robust input for sun-acquisition algorithms. Multiple sun sensors are recommended on different faces of the satellite to maximize field-of-view coverage. Features: 1-axis analog coarse sun sensor; 5 deg (1-sigma) accuracy; hardware short-circuit protection; six sensors give full-sky 4π coverage (±60 deg each); available as CSS-10 (surface-mount) or CSS-10S (screw-lock) version; comprehensive characteristic report supplied per unit.
