About

The TensorCMG Series is a variable-speed, single-gimbal CMG driven by spherical motor technology. This spherical motor design reduces weight, volume, and power consumption (SWaP). An autonomous torque calculation algorithm is integrated on the control board, enabling multi-axis torque output through simple commands. The TensorCMG-10m is designed for CubeSats up to 16U and nanosatellites up to 30 kg with flight heritage since 2022.

Features: torque-to-power ratio optimization; form factor fits tuna-can standard; soft/hard error fault detection; jitter (micro-vibration) ISO1940 G0.4 @ 8000 rpm; magnetic leakage flux shielded with Ni-iron alloy.

TensorCMG-10m-S is the Skew-Angle Integration Version, pre-configured with a fixed skew angle and featuring a discrete, separately-mounted driving module (External Driving Module) for flexible integration — supports a 53-degree skew angle for pyramid cluster configurations. Available in integrated and discrete versions, with vertical and skew mount configurations and custom or purchasable adapters.
