The SOC-210 measures bidirectional reflectance and transmittance distribution functions of surfaces, paints, coatings, liquids, and particles across 0.35-14 micron using interchangeable sources, filters, and detectors, varying both incident and reflected polar and azimuth angles for full hemispherical coverage. It is fully automated for unattended long-duration data collection with a 12-position multispectral filter wheel, used for material characterization in remote sensing and signature management applications.
