MOD1250 DVB-S2X Wideband Modulator
A DVB-S2X high-performance Software Defined Radio (SDR) modulator designed for High Throughput Satellite (HTS) VSAT networks.
About
The MOD1250 is an SDR-based DVB-S2X modulator built to deliver connectivity over very high-throughput satellites, transmitting data from central hub facilities out to groups of remote VSAT terminals. It supports symbol rates from 1.5 Msps to 500 Msps and modulation up to 256APSK, with Very Low SNR (VLSNR) MODCODs and Direct Sequence Spread Spectrum (DSSS) support for robust links under adverse conditions. Full DVB-S2X modcode implementation with a 5% roll-off factor maximizes satellite segment efficiency, while Pay-As-You-Grow (PAYG) licensing, Time Slicing, and Carrier ID (CID) support add operational flexibility. Suited for HTS-based broadband, government/defense, and cellular-backhaul hub deployments.
