MCR8 High Performance SCPC Receiver

The MCR8 is a rack-mounted, octal-narrowband SCPC receiver offering wire-speed packet processing for up to eight 125 Msps return channels per unit, twice the density of the MCR4. It uses the DVB-S2X waveform with a feedback ACM loop, supports Layer-2 or Layer-3 transport, and provides a DVB-S2X TX port for loopback testing and ACM operation. Designed for mission-critical networks needing unlimited user traffic and easy integration into existing infrastructure. Applications include cellular backhaul for remote communities, cruise ships, mining and offshore operations, 2.5G/3G/4G/5G dense trunking, macro-cell/urban capacity in dense populations, enterprise connectivity, and defense/emergency-response communications.
