About
ACT’s Space Liquid Cooling product line provides complete single-phase pumped fluid loop solutions for spacecraft where passive heat pipe approaches cannot meet the required thermal performance. The system addresses the demands of increasingly power-dense space electronics, including high-performance processors, power converters, and directed-energy payloads.
The product family includes custom liquid cold plates for direct attachment to high-heat-flux electronics, spacecraft accumulators for pressure stabilization and volume compensation, custom cooling lines, and heat exchangers for interfacing with external radiators. Liquid cooled chassis integrate cold plates directly with conduction-cooled electronics card frames. ACT provides full system-level design support including thermal analysis, cold plate geometry optimization, and accumulator sizing.
