PHOTON-TD is the highest-power variant in the PHOTON solar array family, featuring triple-deployable wing panels for maximum solar collection area. Designed for power-intensive CubeSat and small satellite missions up to 16U, it provides the greatest energy generation of the PHOTON range. All three wings deploy passively using spring mechanisms and the system integrates with AAC Clyde Space PCDU/EPS products using high-efficiency triple junction solar cells.
