PHOTON-SD is a single-deployable solar array for CubeSats that unfolds from the satellite body on orbit to expose a larger solar collection area. Designed for missions requiring more power than body-mounted panels can provide, it uses high-efficiency triple junction solar cells on deployable wings. Compatible with AAC Clyde Space EPS systems and integrates with standard CubeSat deployment mechanisms.
