About
PHOTON-DD is a double-deployable solar array featuring two wing panels per deployment mechanism, providing significantly greater power generation area than single-deployable variants. Suitable for 6U to 16U CubeSat missions with higher power budgets, the system deploys both panel wings simultaneously using a spring-loaded passive mechanism. Uses high-efficiency triple junction solar cells and integrates with AAC Clyde Space EPS products.
