The OPTIMUS-40 is a 40 Wh space-grade lithium-ion battery designed for CubeSat missions from 3U to 6U. It offers greater energy storage than the OPTIMUS-30 while maintaining the same form factor compatibility with AAC Clyde Space EPS products. Features autonomous over-temperature, over-voltage, and over-current protection. The battery supports ISS deployment and provides full telemetry via I2C.
