About
The GD200 is a Gigabit Detector from AAC Hyperion designed for optical data link applications in small satellites. It supports high-speed data reception for inter-satellite links (ISL) and satellite-to-ground optical communication. The GD200 uses avalanche photodiode (APD) technology for high sensitivity and integrates transimpedance amplifier (TIA) circuits for high-speed operation. Compatible with standard CubeSat and small satellite platforms via SpaceWire or LVDS interfaces.
