About Voyager Technologies

Voyager Technologies (formerly Voyager Space) is a U.S. space and defense technology company headquartered in Denver, Colorado. Founded in 2019 by Dylan Taylor and Matthew Kuta, the company grew through a series of acquisitions of specialized space and defense hardware businesses, rebranded from Voyager Space to Voyager Technologies in January 2025, and completed its IPO on the NYSE (ticker VOYG) in June 2025.

The company organizes its work across three principal lines: Defense & National Security, Space Solutions, and Starlab Space Stations, spanning air, land, space and cyber domains. Its product lines include electric-propulsion hardware (the Halo thruster and Halo Kit families), attitude-determination sensors (the VANTAGE sensor family, including VANTAGESun), and signal-exploitation and spectrum-dominance systems (including BarraCUDA), alongside radar processing, RF/optical communications terminals, avionics processors, and mission operations services offered to commercial and government customers.

Voyager's flagship program is Starlab, a commercial space station intended to serve as a successor destination to the International Space Station. Unlike station concepts requiring on-orbit assembly, Starlab is designed to launch fully assembled and functional on a single SpaceX Starship flight. Voyager leads the Starlab joint venture with founding partner Airbus and strategic equity partners Mitsubishi Corporation and MDA Space, supported by Palantir, Northrop Grumman, Hilton, Journey, Space Applications Services and Ohio State University; NASA has awarded the program a Space Act Agreement valued at more than $217 million.

Voyager's subsidiaries include Nanoracks (commercial ISS hardware and the Bishop Airlock, acquired 2021), Space Micro (space electronics), and York Space Systems (satellite platforms), each of which operates and is represented separately in this catalog; this entry covers products and programs branded directly under the Voyager name.
