Sidus Space, Inc. (NASDAQ: SIDU) is a US space and defense technology company headquartered on Florida's Space Coast in Merritt Island, with a 35,000-square-foot satellite manufacturing, assembly, integration, and testing facility in Cape Canaveral. Founded in 2012 by founder and CEO Carol Craig and listed on Nasdaq since December 2021, the company operates under the mission Space Access Reimagined.

Sidus specializes in dual-use satellite manufacturing and technology integration, AI/ML products and services through its Orlaith ecosystem, space-based data solutions, and precision hardware manufacturing including avionics, cable and wire harnesses, and CNC/EDM/3D-printed structures for government, defense, intelligence, and commercial customers. It holds AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 certifications and NASA-STD-8739.4 and IPC-J-STD-001 avionics certifications.

Its flight heritage includes contributions to NASA's Artemis I and the International Space Station, including ground support equipment for Orion, SLS hardware, and wire harnesses for the Mobile Launcher. The company designs, manufactures, and operates its own LizzieSat multi-mission satellite platform, three of which have flown: LS-1 (Transporter-10, March 2024), LS-2 (Bandwagon-2, December 2024), and LS-3 (Transporter-13, March 2025), all launched via SpaceX from Vandenberg Space Force Base.
